What are the Trim Levels of the Buick Regal Sportback?

As with most auto manufacturers, Buick offers several trim levels of each model of vehicle they produce. In 2018, Buick began offering a new version of the Buick Regal in a fastback design. Buick named the vehicle the Regal Sportback. Regardless of the design, the Sportback maintains the high-end feel of its predecessor—the Buick Regal.

The Sportback comes in five trims: Base, Preferred, Preferred II, Essence, and GS. All Buick Regal Sportback trims come in front-wheel drive except the GS trim that only comes with Intelligent All-Wheel Drive. Both the Preferred II and the Essence offer an optional Intelligent All-Wheel Drive configuration. Every trim carries the same 2.0-Liter Inline 4-Cylinder engine that generates 250=horsepower except the GS trim that has a 3.6-Liter V-6 engine that produces 310-horsepower.
